To take new action requires that we break from the habits and conditioning that have served us to reach our current level of performance, but now limit our ability to move to greater impact and results. My coaching offers new ways of seeing, speaking, acting and feeling that bridge old patterns and tendencies to new possibilities for action. Narratives are often embodied in our very tissues and creating sustained change requires shifting and building new narratives in our emotions, our physical body,, our thoughts and how we interact with others. This often includes changing our way of being – not just taking on new assignments or tasks.
