EMBODY YOUR LEADERSHIP
You want to be true to yourself and succeed as a leader.
You want to trust yourself and be clear and confident about your path and your leadership.
Just because of the work you do you have your finger on the pulse of so many things. Yet, you can feel overwhelmed, and at times feel you lose yourself in all the surrounding people and projects that you give to. Maybe you worry you are doing enough or doing it well enough.
There are times you’re so frustrated you even think about leaving your job.
There are so many professional women like you who feel and think these things.

“Sheridan is a compassionate, intuitive coach, and I am grateful beyond words for connecting with her during this leg of my journey. I had been seeking a personal/professional coach for some time, and I wanted to be able to bring my whole self into our work together. <! –more–> I knew during our first conversation that Sheridan was exactly whom I was seeking, and she was able to cultivate learning and healing at cognitive, emotional, and energetic levels.
As a result of our work together, I am noticing some appreciable shifts in my inner world and the world around me. I am navigating my work, volunteering, and personal life with greater authenticity, confidence, centeredness, and self-assurance. Space is opening up all around me to engage in projects that better resonate with my core values and skills. I am shifting from feeling lost and stuck to more focused, energized, inspired, and even willing to take a leap now and then. I am honoring and trusting myself, perhaps for the first time ever. ”

Do you ever feel afraid of any of these things?
- Losing your edge if you let go of the try-hard, people pleasing tactics that got you where you are
- Losing co-workers respect if you become more yourself at work
- Not fitting into the mold of what success looks like
- Missing out on advancement possibilities if you stop living in overwhelm
Do you sometimes think to yourself or say to close friends….
You don’t know where you’re going in your career, you’re frustrated and thinking of leaving. How will you know you’re making the right decision?
They want to promote you and you don’t feel confident. You’re overwhelmed and you’ve lost yourself in the frustrations and chaos of the work place. You’re not even sure you want the promotion.
You are frustrated with team members, they are not listening to you, and you end up doing a lot of rework. You speak up at meetings and people don’t listen to you. You’re not viewed as the go-to person you should be.
Yes, these thoughts and feelings are true for most women in positions like yours
The shift you want Starts with yourself
There is actually a way to make this shift and be even more credible and stand out in a positive way.
Artist Reinvents Her Career
“I have reached the goals I set with Sheridan. Goals that I thought were unimaginable. I was so grateful for the work we did together. One aspect that was probably the most helpful was the focus on connecting to my inner wisdom and listening to my dreams from that perspective. I remember that I didn’t think it was possible to be an artist because of strange feelings about not living up to my family’s expectations. It was helpful to work with Sheridan and to be able to dream big and feel safe with speaking the barely imaginable. And to scale it down to how that would happen from shifting slowly out of my day job until I was ready to take the leap. As a professional artist, I have been supporting myself (as well as a coworker) full time for four years. And now I am where I didn’t think I would ever be and ready for my next big vision.”

Hi I’m Sheridan
I’ve been exactly where you are.
From investment banking to management consulting, I’ve worked in hierarchical cultures, and although outwardly successful, lost my way, including my sense of personal power. I was exhausted, adrenalin driven, playing a game I didn’t even want to win when I heard in meditation, “You can never have enough of what you don’t’ really want.”
I had strayed away from my own internal compass, my sense of purpose and what I cared about. By listening deeply and acting on what I heard, I took steps towards aligning my outer world of work to my inner sense of purpose.
Now that I have tasted that authentic inspiration in my own journey, I figured out how to help others make this shift. I can help you be more yourself and thrive as a leader.
